Toronto/Seattle - digibomb inc. announced today the acquisition of BackSpaceStudios, a digital marketing agency that specializes in open source web development.
The acquisition comes a strategic alliance with Seattle based marketing firm, New Marketing Direct. Both the acquisition and alliance strengthens digibomb's and New Marketing Direct's position as a leading inter-national full-service marketing firm, significantly expanding its web community, and introducing new in-house capabilities in content development, social media, open source design and development.
